I agree. Grant is going to take us down. We made charlton look decent yesterday.teams playing us soon start knocking the ball about and grow in confidence as the game goes on.

The clubs had the arsehole ripped out of it mate. McCann is just a symptom of a foreign Virus devoid of vision and knowledge that needed eradicating from the game the moment it wanted to change our name.

A really well written article with one glaring omission... something directed any the manager, along the lines of

'whilst Grant McCann continues to wear rose tinted glasses, this malaise of 2 points form the last 36 continues unabated. No leadership in any part of the club, no one prepared to accept responsibility for their actions or lack of and performance. The departure of Lichaj and Irvine this week says everything about the stench that surrounds Hull City. Perhaps then, as perhaps a large majority of die hard supporters feared, yesterdays result came as no surprise at all.'

Scunny put Dawson in charge for a similar amount of games at the end of last season, he didn’t win a single one of them, not sure why anyone would fancy him doing the same for us.

My thoughts exactly. A fantastic coach and a wonderful player, but a manager he ain’t (yet).

If it was going to be anybody it would be Tony Pennock.

When you hear a football manager talking like this you know things are getting desperate... (HDM - 'my analyst has just told me the entries into the final third, everything about that.' One less thing to worry about then.

Birmingham or bust. It never makes sense to change a manager at this late stage of the season when at the end of the day the majority of players aren't good enough but after just 2 points from the last 12 games, enough is enough. The very least the clowns could do is bring someone in with a bit of charisma. How can a downbeat manager be expected to lift his players? Time to go.

I'm only saying what most of us have been predicting for years, Chazz.

And we were right weren't we.
Exactly for years. Wanting it to happen. a club like us always have that risk.
all small clubs who go up to the pl are in trouble if they dont go straight back up! That is a fact
Its the same reason boro are down there isnt it. And they have a great chairman.
That twam is better than charltons team, without a shadow of a doubt. Why wont you admit that?

I agree with most that, but "Wanting it to happen"? Wtf is that?

I don't want my club to be relegated again. I just know know we will be.

I don't want my club to be relegated again. I just they would.

I don't think they want the club to be relegated deliberately, that would literally cost them millions. Even if they despise the fans, they wouldn't tank their own income to do it, isn't their other company also losing money?

If they don’t want it to happen, McCann should have gone long before the Leeds & Stoke games. You could say anytime from the Brentford game, Barnsley was a must win, we lost.
I don’t know what it’s going to cost the Allams, but they must have seen it coming long before, so why haven’t they done anything about it?

It's a good question, they sacked Slutsky for much less so I can see why people think it looks like they want a League 1 club, but the idea that they presided over two relegations in three years isn't the sort of legacy they want.

I don't know how much compensation they paid Doncaster for his services, maybe they're thinking that if he's on a rolling contract, they can just terminate it at season's end. Does McCann's contract also end on June 30th? Presumably he hasn't signed or been offered an extension?

Doesn't a 12 month rolling contract always have 12 months to run. That's why it's rolling. So, anytime he is sacked has the same financial implication.
