1) You're in the Championship and we're 5th in the league above, Looks like someone's been in a coma for 12 months.

2) Name these squads. Chelsea, Southampton, Liverpool and Spurs? That still puts us 9th. I'd also say that those teams are underperforming. We're playing at our level, the rest can't seem to match it.

3) No, I wasn't there. I've been to Hull and I really don't have any desire to revisit. Watch our reserves play Hull on a Tuesday night in October or go out and have a fantastic meal with my colleagues? It wasn't a tough choice. I have seen the shambolic goalkeeping that Schwarzer produced though.

1) Congratulations on missing the point.

2) In my opinion; Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool, Southampton, West Ham, Tottenham, Everton, Crystal Palace, Swansea and Stoke all have stronger squads. Before you say it, yes I know you disagree. You're welcome to. We'll see what the league looks like come May, as I've said about 10 times. I never said those teams weren't underperforming.

3) I didn't really have to ask. It's pretty obvious from your posts that you didn't go to the game. Your problems really did not lie with Schwarzer.

Remember Hull also have a tremendous owners too . On a par with Fawaz at Forest!!! <laugh><laugh><laugh>
I suppose they wouldn't swap them either for our wonderful owners. Deluded.<doh><doh>

Most think our owners leave a lot to be desired. Not sure where you got any other ideas.

Can you point to where I said I would swap any individual at our club for any individual at yours?

It was never me who used the phrase 'walk into' or any such language. I said technically Diame is good enough to get in 3/4 of the teams in the league.

The likes of Real and Barca were sniffing before he suffered a nasty injury at Rayo Vallecano. Injuries have been a major problem for him, as has supposedly been his attitude. Kenny Dalglish wanted to sign him whilst he was at Liverpool and Diame fell out with a lot of people at West Ham by saying he was keen to make that move.

I suspect you haven't seen much of the lad play. If you don't think he's very good then that's fine by me. You also don't rate Harry Kane though so I'll take your opinion with a pinch of salt.

Is Harry Kane good again now then? After his recent bunch of tap ins? It's not to say that he's a bad player but he's certainly not as people like to make out. Anyone that has actually watched him can work that out. Speaking of working him out, plenty of teams have. Before Artur Boruc popped along he scored something like 2 goals in 18 games. Lethal <laugh>

So you think that Diame is good enough to get into 3/4 teams in the Premier League. It should be pretty simple to name them then. You can back out (now that you realise you sound like you should be locked in a padded room) and say that he could play in their youth teams as one of the 3 over aged players or something ridiculous but i'm talking about a player who would regularly get into a matchday squad.

There's a reason he's slumming it with Hull City and you're deluding yourself if you think it's because of injuries (there are dozens of injury prone players who are genuinely Premier League quality).

Save your breath Jack. Deluded all of em. Hopefully they will start crawling away over the next few days and will be forgotten about (again!) so we can all get back to usual business of the Premier League!!!!

No one bid for Messi either, I guess he must be ****.

Skip over the bit about him being injured for almost a year. <doh>

It's just that when these big teams with great players get relegated, the best ones normally get picked off by the other clubs who are actually playing Premier League football the following season.

As Miami pointed out, it was Fettis who stated that he'd only take "a few" of our players at Hull.

You seem to have been caught up in this.

So, in this instance, it's not you who is the clueless idiot... Just Fettis <laugh>

LOL Keep throwing them a line mate and they will keep biting. Its too easy with this Hull lot. Always so agitated. can't think why!!! <laugh><laugh><laugh>:1980_boogie_down::1980_boogie_down:

He was injured throughout the entire summer transfer window and almost all of last season.

He played his first game 4 days before Deadline Day, in which Villa apparently made an enquiry.

Most teams don't like buying injured players, and for good reason too.

Villa signed Sinclair, Lescott and Richards and sold Benteke and Delph. All of those players are "injury prone".

You're talking bollocks. Most teams in this division will sign a player if they're good enough. There is more than enough money to gamble with.

Not if they're crocked they don't.

I assume you think Charlie Austin is **** as well?

Why would he think that? Premier League teams were willing to gamble on Austin's fitness because he's genuinely quiality. We ourselves had a 12m bid rejected for him.

Boring discussion, we've been over the Kane topic before. My point was I have little respect for your views on a players ability.

Well clearly the established bottom 3/4's. I don't think he would look out of place in any of their teams. You may be talking about a player who would regularly get into a match day squad, but I never made such a claim.

If Diame hadn't got injured for all last season, there's no way he'd be playing in the Championship. You're deluded if you think otherwise.

They might be injury prone but they weren't injured at the time of their transfer. Surely you understand the difference? <doh>

I guess we will never know...... so we can all move on now. :emoticon-0128-hi:

Fact is he was injured for the most part last season and didn't make a lasting impression in the games he did play when he was fit. This is why he's slumming it in Hull <ok>

The only side to be interested was apparently Villa. Villa are currently bottom of the Premier League. None of the other 19 teams were even slightly bothered, certainly not this elusive 3/4s of the league.

I'm not saying he's necessarily a bad player, but I he's not as good as you claim. I think he'd get into the matchday squads of about 4/5 teams and in the the starting line up of probably 2.
