I can’t imagine he is just trying to settle things down a bit, considering the manager and local journos over there are saying the deal is done probably means they’re just wanting the clubs to officially announce things

I thought we were just waiting for his work permit to get sorted before he went anywhere. Far as I know we're only at the stage that terms have been agreed with the player and the club.
