Doing some good business Birmingham, and continuing to produce young talent. Will be a bigger threat than last year, but interesting to see whether they stick with the manager.
Eustace, will be there till end of the season, great mate and a top bloke.

It means we are all hanging on a post, tweet, article, note, morse code message, the fires of gondor from a journalist not one of know even exists, but it's positive news so we grab it :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I'd guess the vast majority will believe it when they see it, I'll wait for a club announcement ...

... and why shouldn't people be pleased about positive news anyway, seems reasonable to me.

Or you could be pessimistic and dismiss it as nothing I suppose.

I'd like to think my posts this evening have shown I'm positive about this news or are they not coming across that way?

I don't know mate, just responding to this particular one which seems to dismiss people as a bit gullible and desperate tbh.
I will have a read back through, but sure at least 2 other posts mentioned the Ukrainian journalist.

You have read far to much into my post imo

Edit, 4 other posters mentioned the Ukrainian journalist as well as me.

Don't bother mate, it's really not of any importance.

Lets just say I read far too much into it, although I don't that I actually made a big deal about it tbh.

Fair play mate. Hope you are right to be honest, about time british coaches were given a decent go. Just wary of the new ownership expectations. I dont know him at all, but do know a scout at Brum who thinks he is a great fella.

You have said my post dismissed people as a bit gullible and desperate.

I feel that's unfair to single my post and not the 4 other posts saying the same thing.

It certainly wasn't meant like that at all

From the bits in the press and Mowbray's comments, I think we could realistically have Stansfield and Rusyn coming in. Hopefully Stewart stays a while too but there will be a lot of competition with those 3 and the 2 lads we’ve brought in already. Hemir seems more for the future, not sure about Mayenda.

Stansfield has joined Birmingham on loan mate, announced earlier.

Rusyn, Stewart, Hemir and Mayenda gives us plenty of options up top and should allow the younger ones plenty of opportunities as they bed in

Cheers mate, I missed that. Like you say, if we have the other 4 we should be looking pretty good.
I don't know a lot about mayenda, but Hemir, Stewart and Rusyn all appear to be different types of forward that we can use as games and tactics dictate.

As others have said, we are going to have some tricky options when everyone is fit

"Rusyn is a versatile attacker who would command a fee and while Mowbray said he had no update on the move for the 24-year-old, he insisted that he was confident business would be done before the deadline at the end of next week."
