I can understand an agent trying to do his job by pushing for more money but causing a rift between player and club would be a daft move in my opinion, given that Clarke is only 1 year into a contract and already out top earner.
The type of fans who think the club should just give in to agents’ demands all the time. They are stuck in our ‘throw money around’ past.
sadly that's what happens, in some fans eyes the club is always wrong and can't do anything right,
Not sure the majority who do this are actual "fans" who attend the matches. If they are then I don't know what they have been watching because this is the most excited I have been for a long, long time for a season to start (and I am 68 next Saturday)
I'm sure that is how it will go, the only difference is like moving up the property ladder our owner has the money to buy the mansion in the first place out right. I just don't think we need to start of cheap As long as there is potential for significant profit then we will pay decent transfer fees.
I know the model means we have to be self sufficient but I'm sure KLD would invest a significant amount if it meant large profits that will benign the club

Aye I think you’re right. We had bennette on the bench and even Ba would have been more suited to the central striker role (Christ, even our substitute keeper would have been a better choice!).
