I'd rather not know what was happening on RTG than half know, if that makes sense?

Also where possible it would be great if people could avoid posts like "hes saying its on" or "he's not coming anymore". When a thread is about the entire transfer window its becoming really difficult to know who "he" is.

So saying something like "BronzeBummer is saying Cannon is due up this weekend" is so much more followable than somebody saying "somebody OTR says he's due up this weekend"


Anyway rant over. Sorry to moan and I know nobody needs to care what I think on this :D

So do we only sign players with Championship (or above) experience? Limited pool, that.

It wasn't aimed directly at you more in general, your post just triggered it. It's been happening loads recently and its confusing the heck out of me :D

Especially around Friggan and Cannon. I still can't work out who was due to be where and when and whether those people who said it or not are genuine

lol Pages and pages of.... well nothing really. Its good people are cracking on but when you've been to work the check for up dates and there's an extra 13 pages since you last checked you think "oh, here we go" then nothing. lol absolutely mental.

Yeah, happened to me when I'd missed yesterday's post's, got really excited this morning catching up with pages of nothing <doh>

Like has been said though, not many teams at any level cope with losing their first choice CB pairing, especially given that ours was uk there with any in the division.

We conceded 3 goals over 2 legs, only 1 was from a header, the other 2 were from them reacting quicker to the loose ball, we were more worried about their big lads rather than concentration

Genuinely not having a go at anyone as it's anyone's right to post what they like, but it's 10 minutes of nothing by the time you get caught up. lol. I'm sure the transfer activity will pick up in the coming week though.

Yeah I agree.

The way I see it now is this - So far, we have signed young players that we've never heard of. However, our KLD scouting network has proven to be is A1.

In which case, I see no reasons against why these new additions will not excel this coming season.

Also, I have always said that I think we will also sign a couple of marqee players before the window closes...

I just have that confident warm feeling we all will be buzzing soon.

I'm also looking forward to Rigg breaking into the first team and scoring 15 odd goals. Being a Sunderland supporter hasn't been this good since the Reid 1999/2000 squads.
