Hadjuk a good move for Leon. Croatia a beautiful country too. Win the league, have a blast, make a few Euros...worse ways to make a living...

Didn't work out for him here but I was at the Cambridge away game and his goal was brilliant and his performance too. He's young enough to get another good move if he digs in and works hard. Best of luck to him. Seems to have a good attitude which is worth a lot in this world.

Mind you writing a teasing tweet last night just to announce a signing we already knew we had is a bit of a mare from the admin :emoticon-0102-bigsm
yes the tweet made it look as there was more than one signing

Quality. Seems like a really grounded lad and another who comes over well in interviews. Credit to the media team as they must also be good at making people feel at ease.

“My parents have been really busy running around all over the place.”

I bet!
You can tell, just by listening to him, he has been brought up really well by parents. I love his first answer about what he brings is he can be coached and learn. Kids are like sponges in that they all want to soak up as much as they can. It is easy for them as they get older to think they know it all when they dont. Parents play a huge part in a kids attitude to learning, and with this lad he just seems so humble and aware of what he needs to do. With a big brother like his it would be easy for him to assume he is going to be the same. On the brother thing when young kids come into a football setup the ones with older brothers who play stand out a mile. They have a tenacity and toughness already from trying to beat big brother in the garden. Many dont kick on quickly because they are learning some bad habits, but I suspect wity his parents that hasnt been the case at all. I hope he does brilliantly, but he is going to have to earn his place in this side of ours, he isnt arriving here as a big fish and Mowbray is the perfect coach for him.
