We do need a cm with experience in the mould of Evans. I don’t think he’ll play more than a handful of games for us and Michut has gone. Although a few could play there only really Ekwah and Neil that are conventional CM’s other than Evans. Pritchard, Ba and probably Bellingham more advanced/no 10’s.
I am with you mate. We are going to need a seriously good experienced CM to replace either of those. I reckon evans is a sub at best now. I think we have seen the future in those 2, and Neil clearly has stepped into a more senior role on the pitch. Wouldnt be keen on some 28 year old coming in and stalling their progress at all.

The capitalised CRACK! convinced me he's a player. In the past this would be nothing more than a fun rumour but nowadays we're sending our scouts far and wide and some obscure Venezuelan teenager might well be on the cards.

Experienced CM for me in case things get sticky. I think we should basically pretend Evans doesn't exist in terms of recruitment, he might not be back for ages.

A Ten, an upgrade on evans, another striker option and a better back up to Patto is all we need for me (provided we lose none of our better players)
