Nothing on socials since yesterday.

calling it now 4pm contract announcement

I'll stick by my gut feeling that I had last saeson - The KLD knowledge of world football, and his family/ friends contacts.

I again feel that he will capture several 'under the radar' players who we've never heard of...

And, I also feel there'll be at least one Marquee signing branding our scarf..

An England international winding down his career with his hometown team will do for me!

No idea who he is but knowing Brighton's scouting and transfer system Chelsea will be trying to sign him for 200m this time next year

He’s trash mate I’m shocked they’ve gone for him.

Was a proper highly rated youngster, and it seems to have stuck. He just doesn’t influence games at all.

Brighton probs turn him into Maradona like.

If he was to be let go by Liverpool surely he’d come here.

No point going to an also ran Prem team when he can come be part of taking us back up and be a legend here forever (if he isn’t already for what he’s achieved)

Yeah they really need better. If they lose MacAllister and Caicedo and he's meant to be the replacement for one of them I can see them really struggling next year. When you factor in added European commitments I think they'd do well to finish top half, personally. Will have to wait and see what other business they do, though

The 1983 home and away kits we're decent. Hope to god we don't get another pink and purple monstrosity.

The home one was my first ever strip for my 7th birthday. Always loved that away kit. The club need to do more retro stuff - it amazes me we haven't had Royal Blue Rowell/Gabbiadini away kit since 1991
