Just found out an interesting stat. Only Bayern Munich and Barcelona have spent more on 13-14 transfers than Norwich (so far!)

He played 28 games last season, how much more does he want? Also, as a RM I think Snodgrass has pretty much got that sewn up.
 
What do people think of Simon Vukcevic, formerly of Blackburn? He's 27 and currently a free agent. He might be adequate cover for Snodgrass.
 
I thought Dorrens was more of a central midfielder, that's where he usually plays. There's an article which he says basically that even though he's played a lot 2nd half of the season he hasn't played enough, and obviously the manager won't give him promises for the future.

As for weimann he will stay at villa now.

European football could well sway them into staying. Wigan go in at the group stage so are guaranteed 6 games. I could see a lot of players staying for that (because unless they move to the upper echelons of the PL (unlikely) they won't get it again), and then assessing their options in January if/when Wigan are out of the competition. If Wigan are somehow pushing for automatic promotion too, they might well stay, but otherwise many could move on then. I'm still not convinced Martinez will leave them.

been linked with porto's belgian midfielder steven defour this morning. top quality midfielder, would be a huge upgrade on both tettey and johnson. likely to cost anywhere in the £6-10m bracket. no firm sources unfortunately <ok>
