I didn't say we were Barcelona or trying to copy them. I was talking about Joe Allen and they way he plays football. He keeps possession be it passing forwards/backwards/sidewards. This is exactly the same thing the best players in the World do. They keep the ball, work it round players and that allows teams to work their way up the pitch and get into scoring areas. Xavi has 4 or 5 players ahead of him who all play this way as well which is why Barcelona are so good.
Like I said, if you had a team full of players than can pass the ball round other teams (like Barcelona do for example) you'll win more games than not and you'll have more success than a team of players trying to dribble the ball round 4 players on their own.

I love how Torres scores a couple of goals, one being a tap in from a offside position and all of a sudden he's back on form, yet stick him against a decent team again and he looks like a lost boy.
Exactly the same in the Euro's he scored 2 against the worst team in the Euros (sorry Ireland fans) and then a tap in in the final and suddenly he's back on form.
