If he can get fit he could be the perfect squad player. Both full back roles, or both wing back roles. I wouldnt mind him in a midfield berth either if needs must on any given day. The lad has a lot of talent.
Couldn’t agree more mate, genuinely 2 footed deceptively quick he has everything just need to keep him fit, 2 players as versatile as him and Luke come in extremely handy in a long season

Still think he’s the best full back at the club just had rotten luck
I really like him but until he can prove his fitness it's hard to know how good he is

Hume is our best fullback as not only are his performances consistently good but he's always available

Always impressed when he's played, but 24 league games in 4 seasons is shocking

It feels like we've been saying that for several years at this point. The lad is 24 and has made 24 senior appearances in his career. For context, Rigg has played that many since January.

Ultimately, I trust the club medical staff, but there's a point when you give up on this lad ever getting over his bad luck

Also this. I’d say the same about Cirkin and he’s played many more. Ballard also misses too many. Poveda, Samed, the list goes on. They all have upsides of course but we have to have strong options available in this brutal league.

Fair mate. Lets see what his pre season looks like is all I am saying. If he comes in and the staff like what they see worth a chance in the squad. I am no medical expert, in fact couldnt be more useless, so will let others judge. I just like the player when he plays. Probably would have left us already if he was as fit as Hume.

Poveda cant possibly stay. That is one I have no connection to at all. Sadly for the lad maybe, but he isnt for us.

Going to sting more than Clarke and Stewart this one
Not so sure. If we're honest with urselves we all knew that he'd be away at some point.

He's given us a good few years and was a major part in getting us back where we belong. We'll also make some decent coin, especially if we include a sell on for when he goes to Real to join his brother

Italian players so rarely settle that I’d be somewhat dubious. However there are certainly young player who have moved to Italian clubs that are found to be on the outside. There’ll be Huijsen style bargains to have for absolute certain.
We have some decent ones havent we? Mannone, Borini, Giacherini in recent times. Then we had Marco as well <cheers>

Jobe, and like Rigg in a year or two, are on borrowed time with us. Enjoy watching whilst they are here, and watch their careers flourish from a distance when they are gone.

Trust the process and the club to do right with the money made from them, and to reinvest well. I'm sure they will.
