Moussa Soumano at Ajaccio would be an interesting pick up if we are in the market for a developmental striker.

19, can play across the front line but is best as a striker. Very similar profile to Mayenda in terms of pace and power while being very raw technically. Gets through a lot of work out of possession as well.

Probably the type of player we need the least this summer though considering the young strikers at the club.

Yeah good player, i think the usual suspects are interested:
Brentford
Celtic
Atalanta
Bournemouth

Pretty low fee but maybe the pathway here could be convincing as discussed earlier today.

Celtic would be a good fit I think. Would play a lot of games quite quickly.

Probably moreso on the left (unless Maeda leaves/goes out to the left) after Jota's knee exploded, its become more and more a good sign to see celtic interested in a player you like as their scouting is pretty solid at the minute and they have a great eye for value - which you need in that league really.

Surely Wrexham are quite skint owner wise in comparison to other Championship clubs?

They have chucked the money about to buy promotion so far but surely this is the level where that stops for them?

Surely them to from Hollywood are worth a lot less than the Billionaires owning clubs these days?
Ryan Reynolds has or had part ownership in aviation gin and some Canadian Internet company.

He probably made more from them than acting.

Hea not short of a bob or 2

Multi-billionaire though?

Millionaires are skint in terms of owning football clubs!

Reynolds is a billionaire through his business dealings, but they also have a silent investor who is also a billionaire.

They’ve had sponsors with TikTok, Meta Quest and United airlines just to name a few
Another reason I can't stand Donald/Methven. How on earth didn't they capitalise on the documentary and bring in decent sponsors?

Nobody who is a fan of SAFC should be ok with them yet I see 'fans' getting pictures with Donald last weekend at Oxford. Should be abused on sight.

Lovely bits of info on this thread.

Watch welcome to Wrexham and have one eye on Wrexham results but had no idea they actually had serious investment!

Definitely think they will do well next season as long as they diversify their incomings

I wasn't aware there was billionaires involved so explains why it's thought they will spend again.

I agree they should have done a lot better but would have been no where negative those types of deals still. They get it because of the owners and their documentary they are huge over there. They are appealing to people who know and care **** all about football.

I've seen comments on the documentary saying ita a real life Ted Lasso, the plucky underdog defying the odds etc... they didn't appreciate me mentioning how paying wages that encourages players to step down the leagues to play for you is a bit different!

The owners have done well, imo they have bought success but that isn't always easy either. They could have come and just chucked money at it and struggled.

I hope Martinez doesn’t go over there. He’s still more than good enough for the very top level

Getting daft now the amount of top players heading over there
Silly mate. At first it was players who were beyond their best and approaching their final years. It’s not so much the case now, look at Duran in January…
