I did say earlier not to rule out Gastón Ramírez to #SaintsFC. Will pester Adkins for a definitive answer tomorrow.

How can you do that? It feels like every time I accidentally look at the #saintsfc twitter stream I lose about 10 points worth of IQ. It would explain why literally everybody on there struggles to form coherent thoughts.
 
There have been some cracking tweets.

One from a saints fan claiming that we'd look so stupid if we signed him.

Yep, so damn stupid.
 
If I wake up tomorrow afternoon to find that this has actually happened, it'll be like Christmas.

Gaston Ramirez is really overrated, like every young footballer these days, and is in no way a priority, some saints fans are ******s.

I like to delude myself that Southampton fans are more intelligent than most. A couple of people on here dented that belief but Twitter really shows how many idiots we have following us.

As much as its exciting it could be, as suggested, simply a way to drive up his price.

They know Liecerpool are interested and they know Liverpool like to pay money for someone who is absolutely average <whistle>
