Literally got a senior striker on the verge of coming ffs. We're literally haggling over Mendys price and have been for a while. Got to take into account there ownership change aswell.
Mendy is literally doing what Darren Bent did to join us, if not more, and people are saying we aren't after a senior striker? Mendy will be here by the end of the window and probably wear 9 or 19 once they leave.
We won't be loaning Scarlett, it'll be similar to what we did with Cirkin and Ekwah.
Speakman has said multiple times he wants to develope out talent and not others, so why loan Scarlett?

Maybe do a loan based on what villa offer for Crotcher ie 12 month loan for Archer in exchange for Crotcher

We ain't getting Archer. Sheff utd bought him for 20 mill and villa have just bought him back.

Agreed, just not happening. Would be joining one of the sides fancied for automatic promotion if he was to drop down to the championship.

It's the when everyone is fit that concerns me, I don't think we can rely on Cirkin. Hopefully he'll prove that wrong this season.
Totally agree. I love Cirkin and could see how high his potential was very early on in his SAFC career. He’s been here 3 years now though and hasn’t played enough. Fingers crossed for this season. I’m convinced he’d be playing PL football by now if it wasn’t for the injuries. Cracking player.
Crotcher rejected a contract here so is free to leave but we got to agree compo for him so don't think we can add him into any deal

Aye fingers crossed mate. I think his injuries have been mainly due to him being brave and putting his body on the line rather than him being injury prone due to some inherent weakness.
Hopefully he has better luck this season, he deserves it.
Absolutely. Seems like a cracking lad and hasn’t had it easy the last few years. Still only 22, huge potential.
Mendy will end up here by the end of the window don’t think this doesn’t happen personally
