But with a big sell on % apparentlyEkwah was a free transfer wasn’t he, so that will be hefty profit on that.
EDIT sorry just seen your 35% posts

Yeah but we'll still be making a good profit. Even if its only 60% of the fee. The fact we paid little to nothing for some of these guys is a clever move
I’m more confident in Pembele as rwb than in a 4 mind but equally at times Hume struggles with players running at him. I rate Hume more as right centre back personally not 1-1 on the line but he does bring Gooch level competitiveness which is good for the unit. The club deserve credit for the continuity that is starting to become evident. I find myself ok to see Ekwah leave because of Rigg and Jobe. Same with Hume because of Pembele. In prior years I cant imagine feeling losing two key first teamers would not need replacing.

I'm sure we're now savvy enough to add on ours to any outgoings too
He always says thatNot sure if he’s reliable or anything but Gepetto on RTG just commented on the Mendy thread saying “ this sounds like a done deal”
EDIT - think it’s a pisstake haha
I’m probably in a minority here but I would prefer to keep Ekwah. RLB needs to get that controlled aggression we need in midfield from him but the lad has a lot of talent.
The Romano wording suggests that talks are also underway with Ekwah’s agent so this may be already advanced, the fee needs to be significant given West Ham sell on fee.
I get that Browne is likely to be his replacement but they are different types of players and I think that Ekwah has as good a ceiling as any of our players with good management.
Hume would be very difficult to replace with someone as good imo, his stats are right up there with the best in the division. He’s got three years left on his contract with us having an option for another year so we are really in a good position and it’d take a daft offer for us to sell I would have thought.
That's what annoys me with Ekwah, for his size, he hardly ever shows any aggression. I've seen him back out of 50/50 challenges
£15m being mentionedApparently there is 35% sell on fee to West Ham. So there needs to be a big 10m + plus price tag on him
