Watched under21’s quite a bit and all you could hear were the coaches shouting””hemir move. Hemir run” was not very interested in putting a shift in. There is a player in there. Hope we can motivate him

My view of that was that they tended to be shouting that regardless of whether he was doing it or not. He's got personal responsibility for sure, but I'm not convinced the club did a very good job of integrating and settling the lad either

He is a likeable lad and I think lots of us were willing him to score. Some players just enjoy running (Ross Stewart and Shane Long for instance) and it's obvious Hemir is naturally not one of them. That's what we need from a CF though. Hemir is supposed to have put a lot of work in this summer so let's see what he looks like in preseason. If he's not at it then a loan, definitely.

Heard today that him and mayenda were training separate to the squad on the first day back to work on their fitness...

Ive heard they need to sell players quickly due to financial concerns. They spent a lot on wages last season so need to bring income in quick so think thats why they are accepting smaller fees

Yep, we have to be smart with how we do business

The club i scout for almost went out of business a few yrs back due to issues with their finance

Im pleased we are being stricter with our wages etc, we will still be an attractive club for players - browne has appartently taken a pay cut to play for us, thats class (he will have cracking bonuses no doubt)

£5m wasn't it?

About 25m in pure profit selling Greaves and Philogene is nothing to be sniffed at but considering that's what was being rumoured Hull were asking for just one of them I think they've done poorly
