I get that mate. I hope Ballard doesn’t go, he’s massive for us. Neil is turning into a top player. Interesting summer ahead.
I could probably find out this weekend if there is anything in the Jobe story for sure. I wouldnt share on here though, seeing the odd dafty come on over the last couple of days shows you would be mad and cant win. What I will say, without any sort of current inside info, I think it highly unlikely he and his connections will push for a move at all.
I don’t think Ballard is premier league starter ready yet. Will be in a year or two. I’m pretty confident he’s here next year
Yes thats also very true. Im just saying id never say he shouldn't play because hes not good enough, but id have liked to have seen him rested aswell because it became so obvious in some games he needed a break, and rightly so. Birmingham used him sparingly the season before and last was his first full season of professional football and he played nearly every minute of it
I thought last year it was hard for him alongside Onein, he gets pulled all over and Ballard was left isolated so many times.
No doubt he’ll be a good player in the future but Jobe wouldn’t be a huge miss currently. I hope we play hardball with the price we’re after. Speakman would be devastated to lose his star boy.

He did well for us last season and looks a good prospect at 18. But these links wouldn’t be happening if he was called Smith! I don’t want to sell but I’d rather he went if it meant others stay - especially as we will get a Bellingham tax on top of his actual worth!
18 with 7 goals i think you want at least 15m for him with a massive sell on %
I think he will improve massively in the next 2 or 3 years as well.
Speakman and Dodds have been getting a lot of bad comments lately, Any money money we make on Jobe is directly attributed to them imo, no way Jobe is here without them.
Aye that’s right. They both have something to offer. The issue is we’re missing the right people running a first team at this level.
He won't go anywhere in my opinion. Palace looks a great place to go for young players but I don't see how he plays enough.
When you look at their squad and particularly the players in the positions he plays - he’d be lucky to make 10 PL appearances.
