When he was signed I believed he'd come to save Rigg having to play too many games ...

... but now I wouldn't like to be Le Bris if he suggests Rigg gives up his place for a few games.

I've no idea what happens next tbh, what does RLB do? Drop Jobe who played in Neil's position, drop Rigg for Browne, drop Browne who didn't put a foot wrong? And now he has Isidor who's come to take the pressure off Mayenda who's doing really well and won't want to miss out.

I've always found players want to play every minute when the wins keep coming, this will be interesting ...

... all RLB can hope for are a few injuries and suspensions <laugh>
Never change a winning side. Dan will have to sit it out and earn his way back in!

Him getting called up to the Serbia national team is a great start that’s for sure. Looks a tidy player too

The self confidence/arrogance absolutely drips off him and I mean that as a compliment I like to see it. Don't often see no look passes from deep in CM.

Think there’s a chance Neil comes back in and Browne or Jobe are rested after international break.

i believe it will RLB biggest mistake if he drops anyone for the next match, unless they are injured after that would be ok.

From what I saw last night, I think Isidor was wasted on the left and Watson was wasted in the middle.

Isidor seems the kind of player who wants to get on the ball more. I think he'd be perfect through the middle for us. We don't play with a style that needs a battering ram. It just needs somebody who can get on the ball, keep it and either run with it or move it on.

I agree with Southern, I'd bring Neil back in, as Jobe was wasted there. This then leads to RLB main problem of rotation... someone will have to drop out. How RLB manages the team will be the making of the man.

Jobe was phenomenal against Pompey mind

but yeah how RLB deals with rotation it’s important. The whole squad has to be happy but also mature. If you’re a team doing well and you want to be in a team doing well sometimes you’re going to sit on the bench.

Apparently they are playing Watson through the middle to challenge him more in those areas as it's too easy for him on the left at that level.

Agree. What did you think of Timur Tutierov? I thought he was a tad overweight...

Roker Report gave him "6/10
Worked hard on the right wing, not really his position but set up Watson for a chance in the first half and then missed a sitter after the break, it was a great stop on the line by Liverpool but he had enough of the goal to score in."
