Haji Wright gone to Coventry for £7.7m.

They've now spent over £22m this window.

Gee, I hope that doesn't backfire. Not like they've recently been in the **** or anything.

I've got a family friend who lives and supports Coventry and I asked him how he thought they might get on this season. His said for the first time in his 50 years supporting them he hasn't a clue but hopes they still have a club to support at the end of the season, and regardless of what division they end up in next season.

So Twine ... is he the player whom was muted to be wanting to join after turning us down, is he the outstanding British talent, or is it all.p1ss and wind with people joining the dots.

Twine had an indifferent season last due to injury.
His stats in League 1 were similar to Longman's League 1 stats and we can't wait to get shut off him.
8 goals 2 assists for Longman in LG1

vs

20 goals 13 assists for Twine…

Twine also out scored Longman in the championship last season in 5 starts and 9 sub appearances

I was looking at the stats from the 20/21 season when they were both playing in the same league.

And I'd have scored more goals than Longman if I was in that Burnley team last season
