Yeah no doubt he could do it at junior level, I guess I want to see it at senior level before I think he can replicate what he did against kids.

I know one game doesn't make a player but I remember him being really good at the home game against Stoke. Held up play nicely and brought others into the game. Granted we were a **** show at that point but he still played well.
He's 20 years old. a full preseason with a team for the first time in his career probably does him good
Sorry I think my comment is being interpreted as a negative, I'm really excited with him joining and think he'll be great, just don't think him and Tetteh up top together would be the right approach. Think they're a bit too similar from what I've seen.
He's competition and insurance really. My guess is if the Oscar rumours are true then we will need bodies. I have a hunch that this wont be the last striker we see through the doors
From a play style point of view I get your point. He does seem to offer a bit more pace than Tetteh but I would be splitting hairs
I think in recent years it’s become normalised treating teenagers in senior football to the same standard as players who’ve been around for years. He’s only had 40 games in senior football! Hardly a good base to judge his goal scoring ability off, considering his age and both the sides he played in weren’t free scoring sides either.
Yeah don't disagree, just going off exposed form which is all we have to go off. He could show he's the goalscorer he was at junior level in which case I'll be stoked.

I don’t want to overdo the ITK bollocks and the abuse that goes with it, but I was out yesterday with a club legend I hadn’t met before and someone else who if I namedropped most people would agree was likely to be ITK (who I know a bit better), and when talk turned to matters City they spoke about both Oscar and Greaves as if they’d already gone. Just to get my defence in early I presume both deals are ongoing and could still fall through, but I wouldn’t be getting my hopes up on that being the front three…
