Kahveci is a class player, though, I don't know why Fener would want rid. I would definitely take Zajc if he was available, doubt we'd get Miguel Crespo. I was sort of hoping we'd get Arda Guler in on loan and then buy him in the PL, but I'm sure I read he's going to Newcastle. Maybe they can loan him to us.

Maybe. I’m surprised we haven’t heard more in the way of rumours yet, given Rosenior saying he’s already looking. We’ve known for a while about Darlow but other than Bradley, I’ve not heard much.

I’d be inclined to agree but an attacking #10 is somewhere I don’t think we need to strengthen given we have Tufan and Traoré already. I think we’re in a good place in the sense that we don’t need a massive overhaul this summer. All we need to complete the key positions is a ball-winning #6, a couple of wingers, a left-back and maybe another striker who offers something different from Óscar or Tetteh.

Mate, you said there was no way it could be money laundering, then agreed that it could be either or neither, that's where we 'got to'. End of as you say!
 
With the news of the link with Roma, and Bryan Reynolds being a Roma player, wonder if there's more in the link than expected. Still seems strange.

The L1 season was fantastic for that. I remember Coyle and Smallwood signing out of nowhere.

Public pursuits for us tend to see us lose out, if it's a decent player anyway. Then again, when an agent leaks it to the press, it feels like it's because they want to go elsewhere

We even had less successful ones like Thomas Mayer out of nowhere
