Valencia signed him for £13m in 2019
Last full Uruguayan international striker turned out okay in the championship…
Don't remember that but there again I struggle to remember stuff from yesterday. He got the Seri and Tufan stories right last year. Seri in particular he was insistent on when Baz said his head had been turned.
Adele?I'm sure Adel knows him and would put in a good word saying what a good club we are.
No but she can belt out a tune!Is he tall enough?
I believe he’s Unite affiliated.Anyone know what sort of striker he is? Quick? Strong? Hardworking? Technical?

Adele?
Maybe not in our price range...Max not on our radar from a good source...
I’m sorry but both Turkish league and MLS are retirement leagues for players who have played most of their career in the top 5 European leagues. Very rarely do you see players coming from either of these leagues to better ones. However, the Dutch and Belgian leagues are pipelines for better leagues and players from there do well in English football. Are you suggesting our recruitment from Turkey has been better than Burnley’s from Belgium? Come on.
You're living in fantasy land though, we don't have anyone at the club with a comprehensive knowledge of the Dutch or Belgian leagues so how are we meant to adequately recruit from there? We use the tools we have at our disposal and we have a comprehensive knowledge of the Turkish League dating back years so it's the league we should still heavily recruit from. Adama and Tufan are two of the most technically gifted players we've ever signed at this level.
Comparing us to Burnley is somewhat unfair, going off TransferMarkt, they've spent in the region of £40m on transfer fees and our existing squads were miles apart too.
I saw that save from the South Stand. It was the best I ever saw live. He really did twist in mid-air to change direction. I think it was against Bury. I remember it more as a deflected shot than a header but it doesn't matter. The ball was going in and he shouldn't have been able to get anywhere near it. It was 0-0 at the time and we went on to win 1-0.If howden is Paul musselwhite, I just want to say he made probably the best save I’ve ever seen in person. Back in div 3 someone headed a ball and he dove one way, then it took a deflection going the other way to which he somehow dove the other way midair to flick it out on the line (seaman vs sheff Utd fa cup esque). Always remember that, was incredible.
