Yeah he has a pretty decent record at Brentford considering he's second string to Toney. A poor spell for six months doesn't change that.

I'm struggling to think of a more disinterested, ineffective, waste of a loan space, striker we've had.

I've always thought, generally speaking, that if you are loaning a striker then a full season is better. It gives them time to gel with players around them. Coming in, in the January window, doesn't give them enough time to settle.

Altidore actually I think was quite effective in general play he just couldn’t hit a bus on a bandstand with a biscuit barrel when it came to scoring golas.
