Everyone knows Mexicans and Columbians are far more corrupt.

I don’t think there’s anything shady about him at all, I just think what this ex player heard was completely the wrong end of the stick.
But I’m glad it generated discussion.

Sometimes the way you make funds available is not always the conventional way but serves it's purpose and does not mean it is shady.
