Thinks it’s in the best interests of the club’s financial health to offer Greaves a significant increase in his pay. An extra 10 k on top of what he is getting now is an outlay of 500k per year. More than likely they will easily recoup that in any future transfer fee

Still not sure any of the linked ones are the 'mystery' player. No doubt we're doing what we've done all summer and speaking to loads of targets and seeing who we can get

Rumour has it* they've offered him a 50k bonus for every goal he scores. We're quids in!

If I was a betting man I'd say we probably after Pelkas, though 10 m rejected from Borussia Mönchengladbach last year to being linked with us and QPR this year seems a bit strange in just 12 months.

Don't see how he can be the mystery man though. Hull live did a full rundown of him in june.

Maybe the mystery man didn't come off and we've switched targets?
