£23m is silly money for him, that is absolutely crackers if true. He's really good but he's not THAT good.
That's heck of a lot of money.
And, their RB had him in his pocket last night. He read his cutting back / megs attempts everytime (becoming predictable).
No, not now saying he's rubbish, he isn't, he's great for us and would be good in the Championship this season, but their RB is more like what he would be up against week in week out next season.
I want him to stay, but £23m is a lot.
Agree, it's silly money. He's not ready for the PL by any stretch. If they're spending that sort of money on him I have no idea what their strategy is.

Surely, Tufan has a duty of care as a professional footballer to look after himself.

Wasn't his issue at Watford the fact he was unfit? So not sure his time at Watford caused his drop off. We'll see how he is game one.
it was difficult to see how klp and Sinik would appear in the same starting 11 anyhow .
Acun the other day seemed to be suggesting Sinik would play the role previously allocated to Traore (but might have just been listing all our internationals).
I think it was that, combined with a bit of his usual creative license when trying to promote the club.
I don't think the team will miss KLP that much Acun seems to be bringing in players that he hopes will make Hull City a force in the league and cup runs, and with the possibility of a DCM and maybe another frontman after Tetteh as well we could have the makings of a very formidable team and maybe even do a Fulham this year.
Don't believe we will back out, think the club will still see him as a new player in Jan when he is fit to resume, it will be someone who can then help with the final part of the season, and they have taken measures to cover his role in the meantime.
