Baz has been saying it's confirmed all summer, and I suppose there was the Kesler interview where he called him our first signing, but like you (and every media outlet) I'm still waiting for the club to announce it officially.
I do wonder if he'll play for us tomorrow without ever having been confirmed as a City player.

I read it more as ‘priority for signing Turkish talents’. I hope Shota and the coaching staff have full autonomy to choose the team itself.

Sounds like we’ve signed or are going to sign another Turkish midfielder (Özdemir?) because Tufan is the only Turkish midfielder on the books atm as far as I’m aware? Unless he classes Sinik as a midfielder.
