I'm pretty sure they would just give potential players some details of nice houses in the area
not really bother with a full tour of housing estates in Hull

Not sure how they sell them on our state of the art training facilities in Cott though
Mr Rodwell announced last week they were selling the Cottingham Training ground (possible housing development ?)
Think they want to build a new facility alongside the MKM near the Five a Side pitches

Have you seen the area modern training facilities at similar sized clubs to ours occupy? There is not the space there.

Don’t sell. We need some home grown talent in the team. I’d ask him to give us another season. We could quite easily be the next Forest and get promotion.
I think he needs another season with us for his own good, but I wonder if his head's been turned by the big money being talked about. At the end of the day if he really wants to be away he should go, we don't need a disgruntled first choice player in the squad.

On the other hand is he really that good? And has he got what it takes to kick on? Maybe he's thinking that too so he's looking to make a quick few bob while he can.

For £16m, hell, even £10m we could buy what would probably be the best winger in the Championship, so I wouldn't be worried about whether we could replace him. These players aren't going to be with us forever, at some point they will leave and that sort of money for a player that's only had one Championship season is pretty good.

Do we stick and hope he has an even better one, chancing that he doesn't pick up a horrible injury or has a mediocre to crap season, or do we bank the money and reinvest it? Will Brentford survive this season or will they go down?

Tough choice for Tan and Acun that.
