Generally I think he talks well, but I thought in that clip he didn't seem particularly aware that hearing about an approach for Greaves would alarm people. I was waiting for him to say something like "but we told them we're not interested in selling to a rival" but it never came.

He is more measured than Acun, no player is not for sale at the right price, so he will say these things not to be caught out in the future should someone come in with a big offer.

Looks strong on & off the ball, seems to have good feet, something we’ve missed since Hudds IMO.

I’m guessing one of the problems he had at Watford was 3 different managers!

I’d personally heard 15% of Greaves and KLP deals. That seemed logical to me number wise too.

They wouldn’t own anything, just written into the sale as 15% of whatever they sold for, for those players.

Idk precisely but I would say it’s the same when a club receives a sell-on fee for a player. The Allams don’t have a 15% stake in Greaves and KLP as assets, but they can be entitled to 15% of the profits if they’re sold.

We don’t hold a 15% stake in Bowen now he’s at West Ham, but we are entitled to a sell-on fee should he transfer to someone else. I think it works like that for the Allams.
