He stands out in a very bad bunch though, red cards, fines and frozen out as punishment for continually being late etc. I'd stay well clear. He also hasn't looked that good for a few years now.
Didn’t he have some mental health issues though, which can be a factor.

Club are sharp anyway, if there’s issues they wouldn’t look. We did last year though.

He was a baller at Brighton.

I didn't know the back story last year and would have been pleased had we got him in then, however, hearing what has since been mentioned by Spurs lads in London I'd swerve him.

Shame as he looked excellent at Brighton as you say.

I don't know about the MH stuff, if that's the case then that might be the underlying reason. But yeah the club do their homework on attitude/character of the players these days so I'd trust them to make the right call either way. I agree he was quality for Brighton and did alright in his first year at Spurs as well, just lost his way since then - like a lot of the Spurs squad in fairness.

Aye.

Probs not a player or even a squad we want to be looking at in some ways, but many could thrive away from there.

I don’t get where the idea they can’t finance the club comes from.

These people are multi billionaires and the club is self funding right now.

It’s a non topic that. The topic is if they WANT to go all in.
I don’t think there’s anything concrete but the continual search for outsider investment and loans etc is probably an indication. I can’t see any other reason he’d want to sell, if he even does that is.

As stated previously I have no idea how the whole investment thing works. But I’d imagine an owner who can give himself interest free loans to pump money into the club would be more viable than having to look for outside investment with interest on that loan.

The loan thing is something pretty much every PL club does mind

Oxford United, Wigan and York City are battling it out for Sunderland defender Zak Johnson. Johnson impressed during a loan spell at York last season helping them win promotion from the National League. #safc #ycfc #oufc #wafc
First of all the Oxford coach is a bell-end so no to them.

: Manchester City send £106m to Nottingham Forest for Elliot Anderson!

As exclusively revealed, second bid has been sent for £106m fixed fee plus £15m add-ons but Nottingham Forest .

Forest are also aware of Manchester United interest and ask over £120m , no add-ons — clear position.

ℹ️ Sandro Tonali also an option for Man City midfield.

Mariano Troilo is being followed by Premier League clubs.

Parma has hinted that he won't leave for less than €20 million.

Fulham, Leeds, Sunderland, and Brentford are the interested clubs.

☠️ Belgrano is entitled to:
• 15% capital gains on sales exceeding €7.2 million.

• 5% solidarity mechanism

I advocated for him when we were linked at the start of the month

Big fan of this lad

6’4” centre back - more height for our already physical side. Transfermarkt has his preferred foot as ‘both’. Impressive and right up our street.

Could you elaborate as to why please. Never heard of him. Guessing he's a Ballard replacement/stand in
Will be able to cover both sides of CB comfortably

Very physical and strong in contact. Means he wins around 60% of both ground and aerial duels

Positionally very solid when defending the box also. He isn’t the quickest. But most centre half’s aren’t.

Very comfortable using either foot so can be very useful in build up

And he’s South American, I love a South American defence :D

So basically a South American version of Luke O'Nien then? :emoticon-0136-giggl
