Yes but we still haven't signed that landscape-changing striker. Surely TW wanted to take a look at Oscar, I doubt very much he had already made up his mind he could score goals in the system.
 
Have we got some loan signings rapped up from the Prem, seems all quiet on that front. Could do with a decent tricky Prem winger.

TW said he watched Oscar and said how he plays is what he likes about him so he must have some idea about what he needs to feed Oscar the chances,

Is there any suggestion that there's an option to buy in his deal? Latest I've seen is that we've upped our loan offer to try and get the deal done, which sounds like a bit of a gamble to me, particularly if it's only a straight loan.

I was critical about 3 weeks ago and prior. I still wish they could’ve done some business earlier but who knows if they could’ve done.

I said after the Q&A if he sticks to his word and signs a squad of quality young permanent players with the money we’ve gathered this window I’ll be happy. He’s done that and it’s now time to see how it manifests.
