When did I suggest we were a guaranteed relegation club?

I just find the lowering of ambition following the sacking of LR rather than the raising of them rather sad, but I'm resigned to it now.

As he is the sole owner of his company it's a distinction without a difference. I had this debate with Orange when he first bought the club and the club made it explicitly clear he was the sole owner of the club.

Fair enough they did announce it as Acun Medya purchasing it…

I don’t think net worth can be brought into spending really, he’s obviously leveraging it against something and it’s allowing us to spend what we have done
 
I know there'll be people who will say wait until the end of the transfer window to judge where we are but really - to have shipped out 2 keepers with a wealth of championship experience and be left in a situation where we have 4 keepers without a championship game between them, and now be scrabbling around looking for a new one does display a new level of incompetence. And is it just me or is there a bit of a Slutsky vibe starting to emerge already in the words of Tim?

They did specify that he was the sole owner of Acun Medya though:

I completely agree though, he's obviously either worth more than the reported 80-100m or he's got other investment into the club. I was countering that person who was pointing to his wealth relative to the Allams'.

been thinking that myself letting another experienced keeper leave before bringing in a replacement is bad planning

And your evidence of the ambition lowering is the fact that we haven’t already spent the philogene and greaves money in advance of them leaving.
I really hate putting people on ignore but reading this ****e you post every day is like trying to ignore a buzzing insect flying around your head no matter how many times you try to swat it away .

No I meant the lowering of expectation on here you absolute spanner.

Your insistence on guzzling on acuns boot is rather tiresome so maybe ignoring me would be best.
 
3 weeks until the season starts
