A large glass of Marlborough sav blanc for me….:emoticon-0148-yes:
When I said a large glass of Havana 7…are you familiar with a stein?! <laugh>

I wish I liked white wine. It always looks really appetising. Sav Blanc is probably the only one I can stand as it’s not too acidic, but even then I can’t drink much. Only really enjoyed white at a vineyard in Napa Valley, and I suspect that was as much about the location as the taste.
It was superb though.

As we are not on the coast it was quite an accurate remark.
Oh JFC
Not that nonsense again
Have a look at the Act of Parliament that was needed to establish Bull Fort as part of the East Riding and tell me we’re not on the coast.
The Humber is legally the sea

I find not knowing anything about transfers quite relaxing.

I’ll start to be interested when the line up against Bristol is announced, and I’ll start having vague thoughts about where we’ll end the season after the transfer window closes.

…although I am sat in the sun having a large glass of Havana 7 and an even larger cigar!

Is that why you're on the transfers rumour thread

It’s fair to say Tim better have the final word on signings. As his style is the most unique we will ever see. I wouldn’t be surprised if he kept them on as a message to Tan to say ‘we need players’ and good ones at that.

Think from what ive heard about the game tonight we could do with really trying to get some of Tims old players through the door.

Dont have to be the best players from those teams either, but if they could do a job while the others learn the system- coaching others on field even- it might limit what could be a tough start to the season.

The new style doesnt seem like one that's common now that peps ruined football, so there can't be many ready made players out there who wouldn't need to adjust.
