There's loads of time left yet and it seems like the money side of things is at least being handled sensibly. Right now I honestly don't see what the problem is. I understand the concern but this thread reads like people clutching at straws to try and predict the worst case scenario.

We’ve hardly any first team players, and the spine has been gutted. To think we can knit 10 new players together and be successful is very naive. We don’t even have a striker in the building.

He did well. It’s still a different system. It’s more akin to Bielsa’s Leeds in terms of full throttle pressing. Ours was a bit meak in comparison to what I think Walter will do.

I feel sorry for Walter and his coaching team because they’re not coming into a well-run club with a solid base to build on. They’re coming into a chaotic situation of rebuilding almost an entire squad in 5 weeks to prepare. If I was him, I wouldn’t have took the job knowing what we know now.

How do you know he has not told Acun to get rid of Tufan, Seri and others? If I was coming into a club with a squad like ours wanting to play football with purpose and penetration I'm not sure I would want Seri in the middle of there.
He will want his own team and is assembling his squad. If he thought the club was a mess he would not have accpeted the role, he wont have been short of offers.
