He’s the one I’m really looking forward to seeing but Hughes as well. If they’re anything like the standard of some of the others we brought in during the last window, we’ll have quite some squad.Son of a guy I work with is employed at Coventry city working with their Academy. He said some guy from Bayer Leverkusen was outstanding in the 4-0 win.

What is the situation regarding Rushworths loan. Can Brighton recall him if he is not getting game time, are we under any obligation to give him game time, can he request to go back to Brighton.
Ok thanks for that information, I would imagine Rushwoth must be getting fed up of being on the bench. If he's not playing, they'll no doubt recall him, but they can't do so until the window opens in January.
Fair point, not seen the goals. It was a pretty flippant remark, although why he’d have an off day against our ‘wide open’ defence, I’m not sure either.

I think the plan will still be to get him in eventually.
If that is the case, Pandur's form is becoming a problem for Walter in a sense though, because as soon as we do eventually play Rushworth he'll be under scrutiny and will likely get blamed for not being Pandur as soon as he concedes goals.
Or could it end up being an Allsop/Rosey situation? I'm hoping we'll bring in Alison next season.Unless Pandur gets injured. If it’s an Ingram type unfair dropping for the managers boyfriend then yeah he’ll get pelters.
If Pandurs form continues as it is I don't see how we can leave him out. Also Pandur is our player and so is Racioppi both on contracts and not loan players.I think the plan will still be to get him in eventually.

Yep. I just think Rushworth was brought in for a reason and that's his ability to play with his feet which is supposedly crucial to Walter's style. I think he's maybe toned down the extremities of the style in the name of pragmatism in recent weeks but in the longer term it sounds like he still wants to get to playing really high, with the keeper being near the halfway line a lot of the time and very comfortable on the ball.
Any talk of changing the GK or planing to get rushworth in etc is just silly, we have a top keeper in top form and until that changes ( not just one mistake ) then he should be keeping his spot without question. If his form drops or an injury happens then that's fair enough, but if neither happens he should be staying as #1.
Honestly when I watched him in the drama’s game he reminded me of Boaz in his prime for us at Spurs. He’s currently totally undroppable. If Pandurs form continues as it is I don't see how we can leave him out. Also Pandur is our player and so is Racioppi both on contracts and not loan players.
The way it's panning out, the reason he was brought in was to stop our opponents having him.Yep. I think Walter should stick with what he is doing now.Having the keeper near the halfway line a lot of the time is asking for trouble.Yep.
