He's probably been the best keeper we've had in the current era. The clamour for him from supporters 12 months ago was down to how he performed over that half season.
What does the current era even mean

agreed.... like a left back.... or back up for Millar...Then get a year long loan for another area mostly in need instead.
No one would be unhappy with Darlow, I just don’t think people understand why we need him. If we’d signed him instead of Racioppi then fine.
Acun’s raved about pandur (who hasn’t done much wrong since the season started)
Racioppi Won’t have come to be possible 3rd choice.
Darlow makes no sense
The Acun era.
Oh
So ingram and alsopp are your big glorious comparisons
We've signed Racioppi and Pandur as more long term assets. To develop and profit from over the next 2-3 years. The feeling is obviously that an experienced loan will help achieve that whilst providing a more immediate short term option.
So you agree then. He's been the best so far.

Now that would be a different conversation....Wonder if Tom Heaton is the one they're after, he was used by England at the Euros as a training keeper, that's got to be worth the insight.
Has acun got you in the box yet
Baxter first spell was the best imo. Just didn't see him enough
League 1 now isn't he? Doc put one past him yesterday.
Well in fairness that would have beaten a lot of keepers.
Doesn't do it at a higher level though, does he? Not with any regularity unfortunately for him.
Well he is showing he can now and is Captain, but that is like saying Hughes was League 1 but he is with us now, so we’re the Ipswich players but they are not with us now they passed us typical League 1 players eh.
Oh, so you're to frigging blame are ya?
Please think of two twenty goals a season strikers we're going to sign.

Not having that orange, acun wanted pandur in goal last season. We’ve got Tim and Cartwright as long term prospects.
