Leeds fans are in uproar over signing Manor Solomon because he’s a Zionist.

That’s still a more popular signing than us signing Cooper.

McLoughlin has realised he’s going to spend another season with his arse parked on the sub bench so he’s going to leave and Cooper doesn’t mind taking his place. Probably means Andy Smith is going back out on loan again.

If either of our current centre halves were to leave, I'd rather it was Jones, I think Macca has adapted well enough to the system. Jones is a bit younger and maybe with time he'll get better but I just don't think he looks the same without Greaves next to him.

Rather they just said to cooper thanks but no thanks please leave during the game like others have.

Hell be signed and the twitter post will be something like

hes coming home
Or
Welcome home
Or some ****

Its great to be back
Up the tigeeeeeeers

£25k a week apparently, but no-one was going to match that in his next deal.

Hopefully we’ve signed him on a pay as you play deal, then don’t play him, as revenge for that tweet. <laugh>

Someone should tag tan&acun in it and tell them he's not wanted ( if you can do that on twitter haha )

I hope they just do some Scottish link or something and complete ignore his Hull roots. He's not one of us

I think he'll be alright as a "five minutes from the bench" kinda signing if we are winning (ha) and need to shore up a lead. He's gonna be bottom of the pecking order though, because he's not going to be as effective as Hughes or Burns.

I don't think McLoughlin out and Cooper in, is as bad as people are making out. He'll be 4th choice CB, but will add experience and leadership to a squad that is severely lacking it. If we can get a fee for Sean and Cooper is coming in on a relatively low wage then i'm not against it.

Of Course it would be nice if he wasn't a ****, but you can't have everything

Makes sense to bring in experience alongside the youth in Burns and Hughes.

Just a shame it has to be him.

Wow the consensus to dislike Cooper is wild to me. We definitely need more experience in the back line. He's returning home too. Weird he isn't lorded like Barmby was after returning home from Leeds.

It’s like if Sol Campbell rejoined Spurs at the tail end of his career, except Sol Campbell was actually good in his prime whereas Cooper has always been ****.

Tbf we released him and he ended up in league 2 with chesterfield

Campbell went directly to arsenal from spurs
