Only bit of business I can find is Steve Doyle going there in 90/91.

After paying them compensation for taking Dolan off their hands we should have had no further dealings with them until they had given us it back.

I dealt with a customer today who’s an avid Stockport supporter, he told me that we’d made a great signing in Festus Arthur, said he has fantastic potential and really regretted losing him. He also said that he was capable of playing up front, and that at the age 18 time was in his side for development. He said that he is better than, can’t recall his name, the black centre back that went from Swansea to Everton and captained Wales.

I can remember getting into a scrap with the locals there with RonBurguvdy when he went toe to toe with them and had to climb over a fence to get into the ground and I got stabbed (rubbishly) in some ****ing underpass and had to get away by opening someone’s front door and asking to use their back way (ooh err!) .and then climb over a fence to get into the ground!
