They were between meal snacks.

Some sad snacker had opened one of the packets & had one, leaving 23. I had all available. If 24 had been available ...

Turns out they were for a garden get together my youngest was going to, luckily it rained & it was cancelled.

The whole ‘clearly one of 24 missing’ was a head scratcher.
