Seems little point in having such a thing then.
A synonym is an equivalent word in a specific context. It's the context thing people often overlook. Synonyms are not normally precisely the same word with precisely the same definition (though there are a few exact synonyms in English).
Hence, the "East" in a certain context, be a synonym of "Russia", but that does not mean their definitions are the same. The definitions of either in the dictionary will be very different (apart from one note under "East").
So Hodor can be both stocky and burly, Martin Johnson can be burly but not stocky and Gimli can be stocky but not burly.
