City are realistically challenging for the title this year along with United & Chelsea.

You, Spurs are challenging for 4th, something we are aiming for this year. Therefor, applying logic, you are more of a rival than City. Therefor, selling to City won't hurt our challenge for 4th as much as selling to you <ok>

Only way that wouldn't make sense is if you believe you have more chance of winning the title than City <ok>

It's Citeh, it's impossible to judge how they'll perform, especially with a new manager.

Last time they got a new manager he took them to 5th in his half a season in charge. Next season got them 3rd, then 1st, then 2nd. With £80mil worth of talent arriving this summer, pretty safe to say they're going to be in top 3. If they don't and you finish above them despite making no signings then I will applaud Wenger and openly admit I was wrong <ok>

If Henry wants CL football and all the extra income it brings, then he doesn't sell to Arsenal. It's really that simple. Spoke to my mate last night. Apparently Suarez gave the interview we all know about and then later said he never said any of it. When asked if he was staying, he said "I suppose I'll have to now". Ungracious arsewipe <ok>

would be my ideal scenario as well, but wouldn't surprise me if we hear around late December time that arrangements have been put in place for him to move in Jan, and we already have targets lined up, if we don't get them now that is.

balls in his court to put his head down and get his move he wants, should imagine a lot of clubs will be watching him closely to see if he has sorted himself out on the pitch, if not we may be lumbered with the twat or sell at a loss, well in the sense of what we could have got for him off Arsenal.
