Well, Spurlock is one of my best buds on this forum, so I am certainly not going to engage in this cruel baiting of him. It's disgraceful and utterly lacking in respect. You won't catch me bragging about that 16oz T-Bone I've just gorged on (medium rare, if you're asking), or the wonderful glass of Merlot that I helped it down with. How's that going to help the poor chap? And why the hell would he want to hear about the apple crumble (with cinnamon) pie that I had to follow, with Madagasgan vanilla custard?

^ this so true - spurlock doesn't want to hear that you had steak and he won't want to hear that I had a juicy steak as well (mine was with a side salad) as he must be dreaming of food.
