It implied nothing of the sort, he was just described as a Premier League star ‘forced to transfer and move miles away after secret baby following affair with fan', it could have been anyone (in fact, I don't think wither Jake or Snodgrass are married, so it's neither of them).
 
I don't think, much to my surprise we've missed Snodgrass at all.

We've looked more cohesive and much quicker on the counter attack.

Perhaps it was a master stroke by Silva after all.

It's the first time we've had a bit of pace on the wings for a while.

I thought selling him was a bad idea (I still do actually)
However I agree, we haven't missed him in open play at all I don't think
He would have been very useful for some free kicks though (although in an ideal world we'd be able to just bring him on for them like an NFL kicker!)

I think it was good business selling him now looking at turbo & marko! And also his knee should be factored in also? Another impact on it and he could be finished?
