    I think the issue at the time was selling your top scorer & the only player who could take a free kick
    At the time I thought keeping him until the end of the season and probably still getting £5m for him would be good business, but that's easy to say when it's not your money!
    I'd still rather we had him as an option, but if it was either/or then in that case I was wrong...so far it's turned out well (he's s relegation Jonah too)

    Look mate its grim up north here in Carlisle ! a days trip to Gretna Gateway is pure mint as they say in these parts- just think if wee krankie gets independence for jockistan we will need to dodge border guards and all manner of mel gibson look alike's in kilts and blue saltire painted faces and ginger wigs shouting " freedom for scotland" to enjoy such things
