Just looking up Ben Woollaston, apparently he's married to one of the refs, Tatiana:

Also he suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome, that must be a nightmare for any job never mind professional snooker player. No wonder he's gone under the radar.
My wife suffers chronic fatigue! It’s absolutely awful and she’s a teaching assistant! How she manages I’ve no idea

Mark Allen gone. Cracking last frame

Is it just me, or does Mark Williams cue sound "clicky".
Got a strange sound when hitting the white.

Not that I am a nerd or owt, but Williams uses a really hard tip. I think that is what you are hearing. He is quite infamous for it in the modern game where they are all using softer ones.

Another nerdy thing. Nearly all players use a newer chalk. It leaves less chalk on the ball etc and suppslosedly better for control. O'Sullivan refuses to use it, and swears by the classic triangle chalk. He reckons better control of cushions. I think Trump may have only recently moved to the new stuff too.

Think he pays about £15 each for it.

Also uses his oown balls, think they were about £300.
