    I think this kid has been treated really shabbily by his manager, yes the club are entitled to recall him but to say, if that's true, Lampard doesn't know how to use him is a disgrace.
    For ourselves Simms could well have unlocked three points for us at Blackpool, we'll never know, but if he's now training and not knowing if he's going to be included on match days when he was guaranteed to be involved with us must be absolutely gauling for Simms.
    If he's going to be used as a transfer pawn couldn't that have been done whilst he stayed with us.

    As far as I’m aware. Lloris at Spurs is 36 now. I’d like to see Pickford get a decent move…

    Simms on the Everton bench tonight, so he's either staying there for the rest of the season or comes back here.

    He can't play for another club this season

    So if he's not part of their plans by the end of January, can Simms ask for a loan back to us?
    A lot of ifs I know, but surely he would be daft not to if it was an option...
