Allam ooouuuuuuuuut...

Going home.. Who can blame him. But who have you got to test yourself against..Benfica, Boavista. Sporting Lisbon...Not exactly the premier league is it?

Back home. Better weather. Better food. More attractive city to work in. Whilst getting paid a lot of money.Yes, must be difficult.

I was a regular visitor to Porto from many years, the old town is absolutely fantastic...

Whereas in Britain because we're a richer country we've been able to afford to knock down lovely old buildings and replace them with concrete ****e.

I just don't get it - going to a city with crap architecture, crap weather, crap football club!!! What is/was he thinking?

I was there couple of years ago, beautiful city but I fear a lot of the old buildings will fall down before they get renovated, the country's broke!

Lots of rumours in the papers about Palace wanting Silva as Fat Sam's replacement. It makes sense. They can have the Silva and the Crystal in the boardroom.

It's probably a result of us singing Glad All Over for minutes on end at their place. Some person with a Business Communications degree put 2+2 together (and made 5) and presented their new marketing strategy.

Going to Porto would be an incredibly safe choice for Marco. Yes, they have got Champions League football but so do Celtic and you wouldn't **** off there. I'd really like him to stay in England, and I'd be especially intrigued by what he could do at Palace.

I think he'd do absolutely brilliantly there. The squad is almost made for him, he wouldn't need to buy anyone.

If he does stay in England it'll be interesting to see how he does with a genuine PL quality squad (although I think Palace lack PL defenders)
