    Patterson

    Mepham Ballard O’Nein

Hume Le Fee Neil Jobe Cirkin

    Mundle

    Mayenda

This would be mine for a one off game. Mundle allowed to drift right or left to create overloads.

Imho VAR will be horrendous for 09, he can’t stop wrestling opponents at corners and var won’t let him get away with it.

he managed fine last time there was VAR, different league but still - one of his best games.

But the same could be said for AHMEDHODZIC and ROBINSON, they both like a good grapple.

All defenders do it, but some like to highlight Onions (who didn't commit even a single foul on Tuesday, by the way) doing it, and the worry/negativity that this would obviously cause :emoticon-0101-sadsm

O9 is a very intelligent footballer, no more at risk than the likes of Ballard or the Sheffield centre halves.

I still think it's mad that VAR is in use for the final but not the semis. Should be all or nothing

Can fully see LoN getting a lot of hate if he’s sent off for it via VAR.

Like people will drive him out of the club.

so hopefully rest of the team have a word with him about his antics

It’ll be a tight game, but I feared Coventry more.

And SheffU have never won a playoffs.

it’s an omen, I tell ye!!

I must admit, my heart has been in my mouth many times with his decisions to grapple with players, he's rode his luck a few times.

Most Championship teams are worse than Sunderland for this imo ...

... O'Nien just happens to stand out because opposition players try to wind him up and, thankfully, referees realise.

He's good at what he does.

Eh? Exactly how? The points difference doesn’t mean as much as the games we’ve played against each other. I just don’t see that Wilder knows the key to beating us.

I think it does myself. 16 more points and we’ve won a game each. They scored more and conceded less whilst breezing through their semi final. I do think it’ll be tight but they’re rightful favourites

We’re talking about Sheff United, not Coventry.
