Has Tash been having a one night stand and is trying to find out in a roundabout way what might happen to him? Seems a funny subject to bring up with strangers. I think castration is the answer. Nobody is going to want to lose their gear, so they'd be extra cautious. At least they wouldn't make the same mistake again.
Rofl AB Anyway I'm glad most of us offered constructive opinions on this matter and could share opinions. My argument is mainly for equal rights. I don't think it's right to say "well, you should have wore a condom, tough ****". Cheers for the debate lads
He does seem to hold very strong and (possibly one-sided) views about the subject... If Tash has got someone pregnant, baggsy them calling it after me... I've always been a little bastard, would love to pass down the torch
My views aren't one-sided. I'm just pointing out that, in this case, men are treat poorly, and don't have enough rights in this situation. My views - Women should have the right to terminate pregnancies, or keep the child. That should be their right. I have moral issues regarding abortion, but I have decided that it would be wrong to force a woman to go through labour and other things that come with pregnancy. If women have the right to leave their children and not support them, then men should have the right to not support the child also. At least the child will go to two parents who actually want the child.
They are possibly one-sided in that you're only discussing men's rights and men's social stigma, I'm sure some hobbity feminist would take issue with it on some level. I don't take issue with it beyond the aforementioned bigger picture, but hobbity feminists probably would... Of course, they'd probably be distracted by destroying me for referring to them as hobbity feminists
Most feminists are close minded individuals who are basically bigots. Feminism is a flawed belief, and it's completely biased against men. Feminism was a great thing back in the day, because it truly fought for equality. Now it only fights for Women's rights, and Feminists completely reject the notion of Men's rights issues. I know it might seem that I'm looking at this issue from a totally male perspective, but that's because this is a Men's rights issue, so therefore I'm going to express how men are treat unfairly in this case. I've not just supported Men's rights in my comments though. I've also agreed that women should have the right to keep or abort the child, and should have rights over their body.
Yep, agree. But a hobbity feminist would still kick up a fuss And now you've dragged me from neutral well wisher/internet warrior/neutered man, maybe/perhaps/potentially speaking for their cause with "possibly one sided", to enemy number 1, calling them "hobbity"... Cheers mate! If I hear the hairy-footed patter of the feminists entering our board, I'm taking you with me!
Good Fortunately, over the last year or so there have been quite a few women standing up for men, and realising that it's not just women that have rights issues and suffer from sexism.
Pretty sure as long as she had the option to abort my off-spring at the earliest opportunity(in fairness, I think scientists would order her to do it if she didn't want to... Or maybe that's the job of you MODs?), she doesn't care what other rights/stigma there is!
Night (non-hobbity) ladies and gents Well done to whoever posts the first on the 1,000th page of this thread!
